Strathpeffer
This is my first taste of Haggis. Apparently it is one of Scotlands traditional dishes. No big deal, it tasted ok.
Granny tried telling me Haggis is a three legged hairy wee beastie that roams the hills of Scotland that only comes out at moonlight.
I dont think granny appreciates the power of the internet. So I googled Haggis when I got home
Haggis is a savoury pudding containing sheep's pluck(heart, liver and lungs) minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally encased in the animal's stomach and simmered for approximately three hours.
